To explain my martial arts background and training, lasting more than 25 years, would take a lot of time. It would show my diverse areas of study and long term dedication as well as many techniques for this or that. I’ve spent hours on forms and moves which to most people wouldn’t really explain the value contained. Because it’s not the “Martial” that is the useful aspect, but the “Art” that generates focus and health. Training techniques from ancient times that are still used today are ways to increase body awareness and learn personal mastery. Meditation comes with martial arts because it is necessary in order to master certain skills and styles. But to truly study mediation takes focus and time. It can be taught and has been very helpful in creating the perfect life for many. In my career, I have continued to come across individuals without a meditative practice. Once they have developed one, the change that comes is amazing to everyone. It frees the person to themselves, with growth and strength soon to follow. I feel that to teach focus and meditation helps to heal the world.

For years I have been giving counsel to my clients on health and wellness for mind and body. I’ve found many reasons for disease and stress over the years, and then found ways to alleviate those symptoms. The symptoms I help and the advice I give would help to avoid the pain. But we must do more than this if we are to heal these problems. It is time to train the person to work correctly with their mind and body to avoid the common injuries and diseases of today and heal their world and themselves.

What course of action isn’t easy to know; too many options and too many different expectations. Remember, its not the product or class so much as the training and time one puts in that gets results. Most all techniques in all things will get you some where in some time. But the ultimate questions are where and when?

Probably some of you will have already been to seminars or have taken courses in some of these areas before. Seminars and self help books are filled with the answers to many questions.

I will teach you how to live stress-free.

I will teach you how to have continual energy.

I will teach you how to focus your mind as to allow everyday to improve.

I will teach you how to generate health and heal yourself from within.

If I were to make these claims to you, if I were to claim that I have done these before and can teach you to do them as well, would you be willing to try? I didn’t say I can fly or do anything super natural. Although I did mention time control and self healing type stuff; that is still within earthly parameters and available to everyone.
